Civic Cup 2020 sees 21-year-old Brad Lane join the championship in his new #40 EP3. After three seasons of entry level tin top racing and ending 2019 class champion, Lane steps up to the one make series supporting TCR UK.
Lane shares his thoughts on the season ahead. “I’m looking forward to my debut in Civic Cup, over the last three seasons I’ve built up my own ability, found strengths and weaknesses in my driving to learn from and progress. I think 2020 in Civic Cup will be the perfect opportunity for me to increase the level and consistency of my on-track performance. Ending 2019 on a high has given me a lot of confidence that I can make this step-up, quickly become comfortable with the new competition and hit the ground running with the new car.”
Lane continued, “Whilst I will be racing a new Civic, I have two year’s experience driving the same car and as a result I have a lot of confidence with the platform around me. The aim for the season is to make my mark in the Civic Cup paddock and show everyone what I am capable of.”

The Civic Cup season starts at Silverstone on the International Circuit on 18th April.
